Upon hearing of Paul Reubens’ passing today at the age of 70, I realized that I had never posted my review of his Broadway show in 2010.

Thanks for posting this. I was lucky to see the Pee Wee show in its Los Angeles run, just before it moved to Broadway, about 2009 or so. Your essay brought it all back for me. Such a shock that he’s gone, far too young.
